As a Senior Product Designer on AutoSync’s Consumer Experience team, you’ll design consumer-facing dealership websites and e-commerce products. You’ll simplify vehicle search, comparisons, payments, trade-ins, financing applications, and deposits. Your work balances consumer needs with dealer outcomes alongside Product, Engineering, and Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own product design from discovery through launch and improvement
Design vehicle discovery, evaluation, pricing, and payment experiences
Simplify trade-in, financing, protection, and deposit flows
Use research, testing, analytics,
and experimentation to improve conversion
Contribute to accessible design systems across dealership brands
Requirements
5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
Experience leading complex cross-functional design work
Portfolio showing solid visual and interaction design
Ability to communicate rationale using expertise and customer data
Comfort managing multiple tasks and shifting business needs
