MatchBox is urgently seeking a Senior Business Analyst Cybersecurity & IT Resiliency for a 12 month contract role. This is a hybrid role (2 days on site and 3 remote) with our New Westminster public sector client.

Senior Business Analyst (Contractor) - Cybersecurity & IT Resiliency Program Provide senior business analysis support for a cybersecurity and IT resiliency program, working closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams. May also contribute to solution design, testing, training, and change management.

Identify and document business problems, risks, and objectives

Translate requirements into detailed functional/technical specifications

Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes

Support project planning: Develop test strategy, test plans, and test scripts; support UAT

Prepare change management materials and training content

Lead or support training delivery for end-users and admins

Fit-gap analysis and RACI matrices

Test planning and deployment support materials

Change management and training documentation

Bachelor's degree plus formal business analysis training (or equivalent)

10+ years leading business analysis on large, complex system implementations (on-prem and SaaS)

Strong SDLC and systems implementation background

Understanding of data center, networking, and cloud infrastructure





Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project

Skilled at translating business needs into system requirements and process improvements

Experience developing KPIs to measure process performance
