Excel Personnel is recruiting for a well-established Kamloops law firm looking to add a Conveyancer to its team. This chance is open to candidates at different stages of their conveyancing career, from someone with approximately one year of hands-on experience to a seasoned professional.

What’s Offered

- $24.00–$38.46 per hour, based on experience
- Up to $80,000 annually
- 2–4 weeks of vacation, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions and help move files smoothly from opening through completion. Responsibilities may include preparing and reviewing conveyancing documents, conducting title and property searches, coordinating with clients and legal professionals, managing transaction details and funds, and maintaining accurate files and records.

What We’re Looking For





We are looking for someone with at least one year of hands-on conveyancing experience. You do not need to be a senior Conveyancer to be considered.

Experience with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions is important. Familiarity with eConveyance, myLTSA and BC Online would be an asset.

You should also be comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
