Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team! Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions to tackle real business cases.

Lead the exploration, implementation, and testing of new NLP solutions. Transform complex and unstructured data into actionable insights and outcomes. Use analytics to understand software usage patterns and give recommendations on improvements Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Collaborate with data scientists, developers, designers, in a cross-functional team to build software in AWS. Act as a technical lead and reference for data science team.

Lead and enforce data science best practices: coding, peer-review,



experimentation and testing. Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (computer science, mathematics, AI, engineering, or a related field), or any combination of equivalent education and experience. At least 5 years of experience in data science applications and product development, with a strong focus on NLP and machine learning.

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) - integrating with APIs and evaluation techniques.

Experience with developing, deploying, and maintaining software in cloud environments (robust preference for AWS). Python, GitHub, AWS, and CI/CD tools. Expert-level understanding of the underlying theory of machine learning.

Can focus on vaguely defined issues requiring the application of a creative approach.
