An individual who lives and breathes continuousintegration/continuousdelivery (CI/CD) using latest DevOps tools and innovative methods An individual who has a thirst for learning new tools, platforms and languages An individual who communicates and collaborates well with teams in IT and business organizations within the company An individual with strong communicationskills,expresses oneself clearly both verbally and in writing. Provides helptomanagement, including hiring, on-boarding, training and performance reviews. Motivatesteammembers and assesses performance,keeps management updated onteamperformance.

Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, in-person, not for profit university or college ~ 5+ years’experiencewith managing heavy web traffic sites using mass scale architecture with a developer focus ~ Solid sizing and estimation techniques for small to medium size tasks and projects ~ Heavyexperienceusing AWS or Azure or Google cloud ~ Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical application as it applies to improving workflows, observability and team efficiency ~ Conceptual understanding of SQL and No SQL databases, with the ability to evaluate and select appropriate solutions based on performance,



cost and technical fit. ~ Experiencewith configuring Content Delivery Networks (CDN) for performancecachingand global traffic management. ~ Familiarity with infrastructure foundation components of large networks in AWS and on-prem (e.g., systems & network administration, DNS, hypervisors, containers, databases, multi-datacenters). Experiencewith enterprise monitoring tools in areas of APM, system vitals, synthetics and RUM.
