Leon's is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team located at our Toronto/North York Home Office. Prepare in-depth monthly review of business financial results, while also highlighting the performance of all key operational initiatives and business risks/opportunities. Leverage data to develop meaningful and innovative reporting that will deliver insights that enhance business decisions.

Work closely with accounting to improve the overall efficiency of the finance organization as well as improve visibility and depth of understanding of all key financial metrics. Support the development and continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Support annual financial planning process, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of actuals versus prior periods,



plan and/or forecasts.

Support the development of an LFL capital plan supported with business cases to ensure future investments are aligned with strategic priorities and are delivering strong returns. Manage and assist with various ad-hoc projects, as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

An accounting designation (CPA) is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analyst role -preferably in a retail environment. Robust programming skills (SQL required; Python, R) is an asset.

Advanced

experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Possesses a collaborative work style, is flexible, highly organized to ensure tight timelines are met. In Office at our Toronto/North York Home Office.
