Requirements: Seven or more years of relevant experience

End-to-end product engineering and full-stack delivery experience

Daily experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex

Ability to decompose ambiguous problems and prioritize impact

Outstanding written and spoken English communication

Use AI-native engineering, product judgment, and business sense to deliver measurable outcomes for HP teams.
