WSP seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with 10+ years of relevant experience since graduation. You will support proposal development, technical reports, project delivery, client relations, and team development. The position serves as a local geotechnical business lead and technical resource across project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support proposal development for ground engineering projects
Prepare and review technical reports
Provide senior-level technical oversight throughout project lifecycles

Requirements
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in geotechnical engineering
10+ years of relevant experience since graduation
Skilled Engineer license in Ontario or Canada
Leadership, communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
Valid driver’s license and safety-first focus
