As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape growth and lifecycle experiences across Scribd, Inc.’s Premium products. You will design onboarding, pricing, referrals, and subscription journeys while partnering with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing. Your work will support experiments that improve conversion, activation, retention, or revenue.

Key Responsibilities: Own onboarding, plans, pricing, referrals, and lifecycle experiences

Connect Fable’s community with Everand’s library

Scope experiments and define success metrics with product partners

Prototype, test,



and ship production-ready growth experiences

Analyze results and recommend next experiments

Requirements: Five or more years of product design experience

Experience with growth, monetization, or subscription products

Robust visual craft and interaction design skills

Experience shipping experiments affecting conversion, activation, retention, or revenue

Daily use of AI for exploration, prototyping, and understanding

Apply product design expertise, experimentation, and customer insight to grow Everand and Fable subscription experiences.
