You as a Senior Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator will:

Be responsible for site specific safety orientation, job site inspections and accident/incident reports

Monitor employees and subcontractors on site to ensure compliance to safety procedures and elevate issues to resolution

Organize and conduct training programs including but not limited to: WHMIS, Fall Protection, Personal Protection Equipment, CPR/First Aid

Create, maintain, and educate all site staff on maintaining a safety first culture

Review subcontractors' pre‑construction safety submittals.





Review and file subcontractors' weekly safety documentation.

Effectively compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly project health and safety statistics You have a minimum of 6-10 years' of safety construction experience

You have the ability to delegate and influence others to follow safety rules and regulations

You have the ability to delegate and influence others to follow safety rules and regulations

You hold valid Advanced First Aid certification for British Columbia
