Information technology A career as a Senior Solution Architect within the Technology and Operations team at National Bank means acting as a subject matter expert in the design and evolution of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions. In this role, you will have a direct impact on multiple business domains by accelerating the adoption of a strategic platform, while leveraging your expertise in solution architecture, integration, and AWS technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. Ensure solution consistency, quality, and compliance by working closely with development, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.

Industrialize low-code onboarding by automating the transformation of Excel-based configurations into YAML. Define the migration of IFRS models to the approved native AWS stack (Textract and Bedrock). Develop the foundations for operational AI agents.

You will report to the Senior Director, Solution Architecture .

The Solution

Architecture team you will join consists of approximately twenty specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology, and continuously improve processes. We aim to provide maximum flexibility to support your quality of life. This includes a hybrid work environment as well as a flexible and adaptable work schedule.

Resources such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Center, as well as coaching and mentoring services, are available to you at all times. Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and several years (5-10) of relevant experience in solution architecture within complex environments.



Proven experience with AWS cloud technologies, particularly Bedrock, Textract, Step Functions, Athena, Glue, and Lambda.

Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform/IaC, Python (FastAPI), OCR, and IDP.

Experience designing solutions involving data, APIs, Kafka, webhooks, and microservices. Knowledge of modern software development practices, CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions), application security (OAuth2/Okta, Azure AD), and data governance. Banking or financial services industry experience is considered an asset.
