Key Responsibilities: Create strategy, roadmap, and execution plans
Analyze opportunities across the customer buying journey
Define initiative scope, solutions, and associated costs
Lead design, delivery, change management, and post-launch activities
Represent business interests, resolve barriers, and manage risks
Requirements: Undergraduate degree and/or relevant experience
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience leading complex business programs
Knowledge of onboarding and compliance capabilities
Ability to collaborate with technology and business partners
Bring strategic program leadership, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment to TD’s Small Business Banking onboarding capabilities.
