This role contributes directly to delivery success within the delivery model by enabling speed and autonomy through transparent architectural direction, while ensuring solutions conform to governance, risk, and compliance guardrails. Ensure architectural readiness for production including considerations for non-functional requirements, costs and operational support. Support use of AI-assisted practices (e.g., documentation generation, architecture modelling or simulation) in a controlled and governed manner. ~ Post-secondary degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience. Prior experience operating as a solution architect or systems designer on complex initiatives.

Demonstrated capability across solution architecture disciplines, including application, data, integration, cloud, and security design.



Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to guide delivery outcomes through influence and technical leadership.

Experience within the financial services industry , including banking, wealth management, insurance, or asset management environments.
