Senior IBM Maximo Configuration Consultant

Work Model: Toronto Hybrid – 3 days in the office

Contract Duration: 6 months

Extension: 6-month extensions

We are seeking an experienced Senior IBM Maximo Manage Consultant to provide hands-on functional, configuration, and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong experience configuring IBM Maximo Manage, supporting enterprise asset management (EAM) processes, and delivering technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize IBM Maximo Manage to meet business and functional requirements.
- Gather and analyze requirements and translate them into Maximo configurations and solutions.
- Support Maximo implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
- Configure applications, workflows, domains, escalations, and security settings.
- Work with Maximo Automation Scripts, Database Configuration, and integration components as required.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
- Ensure solutions follow Maximo configuration best practices and enterprise standards.

Required Qualifications





- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Manage configuration and implementation.
- Experience with Maximo application configuration, workflows, domains, and escalations.
- Knowledge of Maximo Automation Scripts and Database Configuration.
- Understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
- Knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience supporting large-scale Maximo implementations or upgrades.
