DLC Landscape Services is looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Operations & Production Manager to lead field operations, oversee project execution, and drive operational efficiencies.

We're looking for someone with extensive landscaping experience who understands production, knows how to manage people and projects, and is comfortable using technology to improve performance.

This is a senior leadership role that combines field involvement, project management, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production, field operations, and multiple landscaping projects.
- Lead and support project managers, supervisors, foremen, and crews.
- Optimize scheduling, labour, equipment, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project budgets, job costing, productivity, and profitability.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Leverage technology, reporting, and KPIs to drive performance.
- Maintain a strong field presence to ensure quality, efficiency, and accountability.

Requirements

- 7+ years of landscaping industry experience – mandatory.
- Proven experience in production management, project management,



and team leadership.
- Solid understanding of landscape construction, maintenance, and field operations.
- Experience managing budgets, job costing, labour productivity, and scheduling.
- Technologically proficient; Aspire experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable balancing office responsibilities with regular field involvement.
- Valid driver's licence.
