The Bell Canada Pension

Group is seeking a Pension Manager to provide consulting services for a diverse clientele of business units within Bell Canada and its affiliates. This team oversees the design, administration, communications, registration and actuarial valuations of a multitude of pension plans with total assets exceeding $20 billion. The role involves ensuring the effective management of these pension plans, with a focus on long-term sustainability and compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

Actuarial valuations and IFRS accounting for pension plans

Preparing and delivering presentations for various pension committees

Participating in mandates related to asset liability management

Over 5 years of related experience in pensions or actuarial consulting

Hold the fellowship designation of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA)

Comprehensive understanding of pension plan design,



regulations and administration Establish and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional project teams and colleagues Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. Regular - Full Time For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
