The Role

What You'll Need

- 5+ years of experience in People or HR roles, with at least 5 years specifically as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
- A strong ability to build trust and navigate relationships across all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to executives.
- Demonstrated success in solving complex people challenges with creative, tailored solutions rather than rigid policies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations with empathy and directness.
