In this environment, we don't just use AI tools; You will lead the development of core product features by leveraging coding agents (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to handle the grunt work of syntax, so you can focus on architecture, user experience, and system integrity. Design scalable, secure systems that can be implemented quickly through AI-assisted coding with strong oversight. You bring a product manager's brain to engineering problems, understanding customer pain points and translating them into technical solutions. Amp runs inside the customer's existing ATS, HRIS, workforce platform, email, and calendar. Amp uses artificial intelligence tools to help screen and assess applications submitted for this position.
