You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and enterprise customers to deliver measurable business outcomes. This remote opportunity offers significant product ownership, platform-wide influence, and the chance to redefine how retailers succeed in digital commerce.

Lead Retailer App platform strategy: Define and execute a long-term product vision and roadmap that delivers a cohesive, intuitive, and consumer-grade experience for enterprise retailers.

Improve user experience and feature adoption: Develop seamless navigation, personalized homepages, and streamlined workflows that help retailers discover, configure, and adopt platform capabilities.

Build scalable platform foundations: Establish reusable components, templates, common user experience patterns, and governance frameworks that enable product teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences efficiently and safely.

Develop intuitive analytics tools that provide visibility into commerce, content, and product performance,

helping retailers understand results and identify opportunities for growth.

Turn data into actionable recommendations: Advance personalized, data-driven insights and AI-powered capabilities that help retailers make informed decisions, automate workflows, and improve business performance.

Translate customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies into clear priorities, measurable objectives, and practical roadmaps. Lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.

Partner with engineering, design, data, product, and other stakeholders to align priorities, resolve challenges, and deliver integrated platform experiences.

Engage enterprise customers: Measure performance and continuously improve: At least 8 years of experience in B2B product management, including a minimum of 2 years building and managing platform products.

Strong product and UX judgment: Ability to design intuitive, elegant experiences that simplify complex processes and help users accomplish their goals efficiently.

Experience aligning diverse stakeholders, influencing teams without direct authority, and driving decisions across product, design, engineering, and data functions.

Customer-focused approach: Ability to understand enterprise customer challenges, validate opportunities,

and translate business needs into differentiated, scalable product solutions.

Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities, with the ability to communicate product strategies, insights, and decisions clearly to senior leaders and enterprise customers.

Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise applications, e-commerce, retail technology, content management systems, or website-building platforms.

Additional technical experience: Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence products, data-driven recommendations, AI-enabled experiences, configuration platforms, developer enablement, or B2B self-service tools.

Equity compensation: Eligibility for a new-hire equity grant and annual equity refresh grants.

Remote flexibility: Work remotely from eligible Canadian provinces, including Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.

Flexible working approach: Flexibility to work from home, an office, or another suitable workspace while remaining connected through team collaboration and in-person events.

Access to employee benefits designed to support health, well-being, and financial security. Work alongside talented professionals across product, design, engineering, and data in a culture that values innovation, customer impact, and continuous improvement.

Help shape digital commerce experiences used by major retailers and contribute to tools that enable businesses to serve their customers more effectively.

Join a team committed to diversity, accessibility, and equal opportunity, with accommodations available throughout the recruitment process. #
