We're looking for our next Senior Product Manager. Through the FlexitiCard® and the Flexiti Network™, we help Canadians pay for the things that matter to them over time, and we help thousands of retail partners across the country grow their sales.

The Senior Product

Manager (Sr. PM) is a strategic leader who oversees an entire product entity or a collection of high-impact product areas. Reporting directly to the Group Product Manager, you will lead complex, cross-entity initiatives, ensuring technical architecture, product specifications, and release cycles align with the company's long-term business goals.

You will influence ways of working across multiple squads, establish standards for UX and data-driven decision-making,



and act as a crucial liaison between product execution and executive strategy.

Leading the drafting of specifications for complex, large-scale initiatives that span multiple product areas, identifying and proactively resolving entity dependencies and logic gaps.

Leveraging product vision to influence technical architecture across the division, ensuring the platform evolves to support future scaling requirements and product ambitions.

Driving the end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives, making clear, accountable trade-offs across multiple squads to mitigate risk and clear organizational blockers.

Quality and design governance: Setting and upholding a high quality and user experience bar across the entity, ensuring consistency in design standards, accessibility, and operational excellence.

Data and financial rigour: Synthesizing complex data from multiple sources to make high-stakes product decisions, and applying strong financial judgment to funding models, budgets, and business case development.

Defining and aligning the long-term vision and product roadmap across the entity,



ensuring all initiatives are complementary and directly support company-wide strategic objectives.

Actively managing and influencing senior stakeholders across the company, incorporating cross-functional goals to build broad organization-wide alignment.

Elevating performance across multiple squads by establishing best practices, mentoring team members, and optimizing product delivery rituals and ways of working.

So are YOU our next Senior Product Manager? Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative, engineering, or business field

Have demonstrated experience driving cross-functional alignment and managing technical and architectural dependencies across multiple agile teams

You will partner closely with Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, and Associate Product Managers.

This is a Full Time Regular position based in the GTA.
