Build cloud automation skills with Kinaxis as a Cloud Developer Intern in Ottawa, working onsite at least three days weekly. Learn through an 8 or 12-month placement starting January 2027.

Within the Cloud Engineering Team, you will apply software engineering principles to cloud applications and infrastructure challenges. You will explore DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, infrastructure, development, and monitoring. The work emphasizes automation, self-healing, reliable secure infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code using modern cloud tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply software engineering principles to automation and self-healing challenges
- Build and manage stable, secure cloud automation
- Design, code, test, implement, and support Infrastructure as Code




- Participate in team code and design reviews
- Complete additional projects upon request

Requirements:

- Enrollment in computer science or related post-secondary education
- Curiosity about Cloud Engineering and DevOps
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Foundational computer science, data structures, and algorithms knowledge
- Cloud, GitOps, Go, Python, or Terraform familiarity considered an asset

Develop cloud automation, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps experience with Kinaxis in Ottawa’s Cloud Engineering Team.
