Our client is seeking an experienced skilled for multiple ICI projects delivered through CCDC 14 Design-Build and CCDC 5B Construction Management contracts.

You will oversee projects from early planning to closeout, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. This role offers potential advancement into a Director-level position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple ICI construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage CCDC 14 and CCDC 5B contract deliverables
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors




- Oversee project budgets and financial performance
- Monitor progress, manage RFIs, and facilitate meetings Requirements:
- Significant ICI project management experience in Ontario
- Strong background in Design-Build and Construction Management
- Familiar with CCDC contracts, especially CCDC 14/5B
- Proven lifecycle project management abilities
