This hourly and seasonal position supports concession and coat check operations under guidance from operational leaders. You will greet guests, process credit card, voucher, and debit payments, and provide information about menus, services, buildings, and events. The work also includes organizing coats, maintaining clean service areas, and supporting guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and deliver exemplary customer service

Requirements:

- Smart Serve Certification is required
