Lead capital projects ($50K–$5M+) from scope definition through commissioning and start-up Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors in an active production environment Oversee budgets, schedules, and scope changes across multiple concurrent projects Support capital planning and continuous improvement initiatives 3–5+ years leading capital or engineering projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience managing projects from design through commissioning and operational handover Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with competing priorities This role is not suited for candidates with only project coordination, IT project management, or construction-only experience.
