Key Responsibilities

Lead BTO project management office governance routines

Coordinate steering meetings, pre-reads, decisions, and action items

Develop charters, scopes, timelines, deliverables, and risk strategies

Prepare executive and Board of Directors reporting

Requirements

Eight to ten years of progressive project management experience

Experience leading portfolio, PMO, or project governance routines

Ability to manage projects through implementation reviews

Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
