- 8+ years of demonstrated QA/testing experience
- Test strategy and test plan development
- Test scenarios, test cases/scripts, and test data preparation
- Hands-on manual testing and test execution
- Integration, unit, regression, and functional testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Accessibility testing (AODA)
- Non-functional testing
- Previous government/public-sector project experience – Mandatory
