Wedlock Paper has made paper-based packaging for the food industry for nearly a century, from roll-to-roll flexo printing to bag forming, all under one roof. Now we're modernizing for the next century, and we need a senior quality leader to build it.

This isn't a maintain-the-binder role. You'll report directly to our CEO, set the quality and food safety strategy, and lead real change.

- Real influence: Your ideas don't sit in a queue. They get implemented, and you'll see the results on the floor.
- Quality as a team sport: work closely with Production and HR/HSW to make GMP how we work, not what we do for audits.
- Build people: develop your QA team and give every employee the skills to own quality
- Right balance: about 70% leading and improving, 30% hands-on.

What you will own: SQF, AIB, HACCP and prerequisite programs, internal and external audits, CAPA, complaints, supplier and customer quality, training programs, and modernization projects

What your bring

- 10+ years in manufacturing quality; 5+ years leading people




- SQF Practitioner experience (Manufacturing of Food Packaging); HACCP certified
- Strong root cause and CAPA skills (5-Why, fishbone, 8D)
- Packaging printing or converting experience preferred; flexo an asset
- A builder's mindset: you're energized by improving things, not just keeping them running

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
