Assist clients with rehabilitative care under the direction of qualified therapists and support community health.In this role, you will work on weekdays, providing essential support in rehabilitation programs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, executing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and assisting with daily living activities.
