With three retail locations throughout the city, our team members pair customers with their dream bike everyday, make repairs and adjustments, and share the enthusiasm of all styles of cycling.

Responsibilities

Our sales team are the first point of contact for most customers and set the tone for the in-store experience. By creating a warm and welcoming environment, it builds strong relationships and encourages repeat customers. Senior salespeople bring experience and are leaders in customer service, product knowledge, and sales. As a member of our sales team, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers through the process of researching, sizing, test riding, and purchasing bicycles and related accessories.
- Maintaining a solid base of knowledge of all things cycling, including e-bikes, road-bikes, full-suspension mountain bikes, and all manner of accessories.
- Processing in-store transactions using our Point-of-Sale system, Ascend.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with customers in-person, on the phone, and through email.
- Visual merchandising, stocking product displays, and maintaining a clean and presentable sales floor.




- Collaborating with peers to contribute to a highly motivated and supportive team environment.
- Sharing ideas with the leadership team on how to improve the employee and customer experience.

Wage Range: $19-21 per hour + team performance incentives ($2-4 per hour)

Job Qualifications

- 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally previous cycling industry experience.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, able to easily prioritize and manage tasks in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
