Become a vital part of community engagement as a full time Recreation Aide with West Coast SeniorsHousing Management. This role focuses on planning and implementing meaningful activity programs for long-term care residents.As a permanent Recreation Aide, you will report to the Therapeutic Recreation Manager and assist in developing recreation services tailored to the residents' needs. Your responsibilities include promoting programs, documenting changes, and ensuring a safe environment through effective protocols.
