We have a passion for serving our community, and providing the best automotive services around.Position Summary:Kia of Stouffville is looking for an experienced Subprime / Non-Prime Finance Manager to develop and manage our subprime business. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads, structuring finance deals, submitting credit applications, working directly with lenders, obtaining approvals, and managing customers through to delivery.What We Offer:Competitive commission-based compensation package with performance-based bonuses and additional dealership incentives. Compensation and earning potential will be based on experience and individual sales performance.Health and dental benefits packageConsistent hoursLong-term growth and stabilityClean, contemporary facilityKey Responsibilities:Generate, manage, and follow up with subprime/non-prime leadsReview customer credit applications and determine appropriate financing strategiesStructure deals according to lender programs, LTV, PTI, DTI, advance guidelines, and approval conditionsSubmit applications and communicate directly with lendersMaintain and develop strong lender relationshipsNegotiate approvals and maximize opportunities within lender guidelinesWork closely with the sales and management teams to complete transactionsMaintain accurate CRM records and consistent customer follow-upEnsure all deals comply with OMVIC, MVDA, dealership, lender,



and regulatory requirementsMaintain a high level of customer service throughout the approval and delivery processMeet monthly volume and gross-profit objectivesQualifications:Minimum 5 years of automotive subprime/non-prime finance experience preferredStrong knowledge of automotive financing and subprime deal structuringEstablished experience working with subprime/non-prime lendersStrong understanding of credit applications, LTV, PTI, DTI, lender advances, approval conditions, and funding requirementsProven ability to generate and convert leadsStrong negotiation, communication, and closing skillsExperience with dealership CRM/DMS systemsSchedule:Full-time dealership schedule, approximately 40-44 hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays as required.
