This role assists the branch and sales department in gaining, maintaining, and servicing customers.Responsibilities include order entry, tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes, providing customer service, database maintenance, and creating/generating reports.Major ResponsibilitiesHelp customers at the sales counter, over the phone, and via emailHandle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries and follow up with customers about their order/quote statusCoordinate the prompt handling of customer service requests including, but not limited to, order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance,
