Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – SYSPRO ERP Employment Type: Full-time Shea is a SYSPRO partner helping mid-market manufacturers and distributors run their businesses better. We combine SYSPRO ERP with deep implementation expertise and, as part of Solen Software Group, proprietary solutions from our sister companies, including document management, AP automation and food and beverage traceability, that extend what ERP can do. Our clients rely on us to understand their operations, not just the software.
We are looking for a proven, senior ERP sales professional to drive new business across North America. You will own the full sales cycle for mid-market ERP opportunities, from first conversation through signed contract, selling to executives who are making one of the most significant technology decisions their company will face. You will be comfortable walking a CFO through inventory costing, an operations leader through production planning, and an owner through total cost of ownership, and you will connect all of it to measurable business outcomes.
As Shea's first dedicated current-business hire, you will also help shape how we sell: our ideal customer profile, qualification and forecasting standards, and the playbook future sellers will follow. For the right person, this role is the path to building and leading Shea's sales team. Generate and close new SYSPRO licence, subscription, and implementation services revenue within mid-market manufacturing and distribution companies.
Build a self-sourced pipeline through prospecting, industry networking, and referrals, complemented by SYSPRO channel and marketing leads.
Identify organizations outgrowing entry-level accounting systems or replacing legacy and end-of-life ERP platforms.
Consultative Sales Execution
Orchestrate demonstrations, workshops, and proposals in partnership with pre-sales consultants and delivery leadership. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups and manage competitive evaluations against other mid-market ERP vendors. Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements that are profitable and deliverable.
Sales
Process and Forecasting Follow and help refine Shea's sales methodology, including qualification criteria, stage progression, and handoff standards. Maintain accurate, current opportunity data, activity, and forecasts in HubSpot CRM. Provide reliable weekly forecasts and pipeline updates to the CRO.
Build
Shea's sales playbook and help recruit and onboard future sales hires as the team grows. Work closely with SYSPRO channel management on joint account planning, lead registration, and co-selling. Partner with the delivery team to ensure scope, timelines, and expectations set during the sale are accurate, protecting customer satisfaction and project margin.
Share market, competitor, and customer insight to shape Shea's offerings and go-to-market approach. 8+ years of B2B software sales experience, including at least 5 years selling ERP solutions to mid-market organizations.
