In this role, you will serve as the Lead Designer across all project phases, providing technical direction to design and drafting staff while coordinating with clients, suppliers, and contractors to resolve design issues and support successful project execution.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced design professional with strong utility modeling expertise and advanced knowledge of Civil 3 D and related design platforms.What You’ll DoLead design activities for all phases of utility and civil infrastructure projectsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to Designers and DraftersOversee and complete complex design assignments using 2 D and 3 D CAD toolsAct as a key liaison with clients, suppliers, and contractors on design-related mattersDevelop and review pipe network models for both gravity and pressure systemsPrepare plan and profile drawingsUse Custom Assemblies and Parts Builder to support project-specific design needsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality, consistency, and constructabilitySupport the development and maintenance of design standards, workflows, and best practicesRequired Skills and QualificationsProven experience in a lead design role on utility or civil infrastructure projectsStrong background in utility design, drafting,
