As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our team by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team, Human Resources, and business leaders. Your will deliver a seamless and positive experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring process. Uses passive candidate engagement tactics to source top talent and creates a talent pipeline for business to utilize for future needs.

Sources candidates for current and future opportunities using various tools, networks and methodologies.

Supports Human

Resources with pre-employment testing and first day preparation, as needed. Supports the Talent Acquisition team with social media, marketing, and employer branding initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. ~8+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition required. ~ Agency recruiting experience preferred. ~ Technical recruiting experience strongly preferred. ~ Strong technical recruiting knowledge and skills required. ~ Solid networking skills required. ~ Ability to provide creative solutions to complex recruiting challenges. ~ Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program CAD $90,000.00/Yr.
