This position will be based out the Canem Systems Mississauga office, 5630 Tomken Road # What You Will Be Working On### Salaried Roles Execute full cycle recruitment for salaried hires in line with the talent acquisition policies, procedures, standards, and salaried workflows.

Lead the talent acquisition process and create a consistent and positive experience for the candidate and hiring team.

Liaise with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to support the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and candidate marketing programs.

Track talent acquisition metrics defined by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to monitor talent acquisition trends and determine potential improvements.

Actively source candidates and build candidate pipelines. Act as the talent acquisition ambassador for the organization and establish a strong external network and partnerships with agencies, associations, and universities. Administration Maintain complete and accurate staffing documentation as required by law within the HRIS system (Workday) Participate in planning meetings with the business to stay current on upcoming projects and resource requirements.

Strategic & Business Planning Support the execution of national employment brand activities for Canem Systems as an employer of choice.
