Solutions is seeking a Senior Tax Manager adept in US individual tax. This leadership role requires experience in team management, international tax expertise, and a passion for automation. You will engage with clients, mentor tax accountants, and refine AI agents to enhance workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and improve AI agents with engineering teams
- Own the engagement lifecycle from intake to filing
- Track KPIs and uphold quality control standards
- Lead and mentor senior tax accountants remotely
- Manage a high-value portfolio of complex clients Requirements:
- 8+ years of US individual tax experience
- At least 2 years as a team-leading Tax Manager
- Expertise in Forms 1040, 2555, 1116, and others
- Experience with CCH Axcess tax software
