Lead advanced test engineering in Burnaby with LabVIEW, electronics manufacturing expertise, and technical problem-solving at Creation Technologies’ onsite facility.

This senior subject matter expert supports complex design projects, test strategy development, and manufacturing process improvements. You will develop test documentation, maintain test solutions, and troubleshoot equipment. The position also mentors Production and engineering technicians while supporting reliable product introduction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced test engineering activities under team direction
- Develop test strategies aligned with specifications and customer requirements
- Maintain detailed, reproducible test procedure documentation




- Troubleshoot and calibrate test equipment and current setups
- Analyze defective components and report failure causes

Requirements:

- Two year college diploma in electronics and manufacturing processes
- At least eight years of progressive electronics manufacturing experience
- Expert electronics manufacturing and technical problem solving
- Knowledge of IPC 610 and J STD 001 standards
- LabVIEW, test systems, PLM, MES, and CMMS proficiency
