What you’ll do

- Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests and taking their orders with enthusiasm.
- Utilize Micros POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals while maintaining high culinary standards.
- Manage multiple tables effectively while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for all guests.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Basic qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling responsibilities.





Preferred qualifications

- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices enhances your candidacy.
- Background in hospitality or guest services will set you apart from the competition.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
