Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality. The Server will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.

Duties

- Greet guests promptly and courteously, establishing a positive first impression
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving processes
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas,



tables, and service stations in compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable; however, training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accuracy
- Familiarity with food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly attitude and team-oriented approach
- Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue generation
