Located on the waterfront, Carlos O’Bryan’s is a lively Irish pub known for its welcoming atmosphere, great food, and friendly service. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in making every guest feel welcome and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest bills.
- Keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team.
- Maintain food safety, responsible alcohol service, and service standards.





What We’re Looking For

- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced pub environment.
- Serving experience is an asset.
- Valid Serving It Right certification, as required.
