Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable time at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers, ensuring all preferences are noted.
- Prepare and serve food items while adhering to sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and customer service standards.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.

Experience:
- Must be able to work indeoendantly
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
