Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years experience and have a passion for hospitality. A strong understanding and passion of the food and wine is a must. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving food, and providing excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND DAY SHIFTS

Bartender experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests, seat and present menus.
- Recommend menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials with confidence, adding value to our guests' dining experience.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments through the POS system, and manage tabs for customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.

Qualifications

- 5 years serving and bartending experience required.
- Solid knowledge of wine.
- Solid customer service and outgoing personality
- Knowledge with POS systems and entering orders to kitchen.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the food service industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Professional and well groomed appearance.
