Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit.

Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The Server will play a vital role in creating a positive atmosphere and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually when needed
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Assist with food preparation or setup as required to support kitchen staff
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations




- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service
- Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality service

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly desirable, especially in the food industry or hospitality sector
- Experience with serving, food handling, or barista duties is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Ability to handle quick-paced environments while remaining professional and courteous
- Experience in food preparation or general food industry roles is beneficial but not required; eagerness to learn is valued highly
