You will be a valued member of the Food & Beverage team responsible for serving F&B; items for the Hockey House and EIGHTYEIGHT Bar & Grill. Safety

Maintain bar and floor areas to the standard required for presentation and cleanliness. Administer the beverage bar service according to AGLC laws relative to Canada Olympic Park's operating policies and procedures. Ensure opening inventory is correct; add any transfers and ensure closing inventory is accurately counted and recorded.

Perform housekeeping tasks appropriate to the outlets and report any property damage or unsafe working conditions. Must be available to work evenings,



weekends and holidays, including blackout periods, based on operational needs. Previous experience in a related customer service role.

Cash handling experience is an asset. Possess a valid Alberta Class 5 Driver License (asset). Evening and weekend work required.
