Automotive Service Advisor Location: Innisfil, Ontario Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

- Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
- Provide accurate estimates for service and repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and productive workflow
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle history
- Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-up communication
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and dealership/shop reputation

What You Bring
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills




- Ability to explain technical information in a clear, friendly way
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with service management software
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license
