Responsibilities

- Schedule our customers maintenance appointments
- Work with our technicians, parts department and operations managers to ensure repairs are completed on time, safely and efficiently
- Assist customers with service/maintenance inquiries on the phone, online or in store




- Submit insurance and warranty claims for payment and to ensure store inventory is ready for sale
