Lead technical support and warranty operations for Pulse Vehicles, using vehicle diagnostics and warranty expertise across Canada and the United States. This senior manager position shapes a North American function supporting Demers Ambulances, Crestline Coach, Braun Custom Ambulances and Medix Specialty Vehicles. You will lead distributed teams, establish service levels, strengthen troubleshooting and manage policy-aligned warranty administration. The role is primarily office-based, with hybrid arrangements considered according to business needs and location. Travel may reach 50% across Pulse Vehicles locations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and develop geographically distributed technical support and warranty teams Set response, escalation, follow-up, ownership and closure service levels Build troubleshooting resources, service bulletins and known-issue documentation Manage warranty claims,



authorization, documentation, labour, parts and exceptions Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance and other functions Requirements:

Seven or more years of progressive technical or warranty experience Five or more years of leadership across sites, brands or countries Knowledge of vehicle electrical, diagnostic, multiplexing, control and mechanical systems Experience with warranty analysis, supplier recovery and corrective actions English fluency, French preferred, valid licence and regular travel availability Apply technical leadership, warranty discipline and vehicle systems knowledge to strengthen Pulse Vehicles customer support across North America.
