Become a key player at Lumentum as the End User Services Manager based in Ottawa, Canada. Lead desktop support teams and elevate IT service delivery across North America in this full-time in office role. You will guide a team delivering high-quality IT support while partnering with global IT for continuous improvement.

Key areas include desktop support, incident management, and aligning regional goals with broader strategies to enhance service excellence. Lead EUS service delivery across North America locations

- Coach multidisciplinary desktop support teams remotely
- Drive engagement in digital transformation and cybersecurity
- Manage regional and global IT projects impacting users 3+ years leading multi-site IT teams
- Proficient in Microsoft tools including Intune and SCCM
- Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
