Monday - Friday Schedule

Service Manager , you play an integral role in managing the day‑to‑day operation of the service department in compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures. As well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety program. Working with the branch manager, you play a key role in attaining the company’s short and long‑term objectives. Forecast and plan service requirements in conjunction with the Branch Manager





Conduct monthly service meetings to communicate company objectives and policies

Determine repair methodologies and job flows to maximize the efficiency of the service department, and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and department profitability

Work Order Processing

Measure department performance with appropriate metrics and achieve set goals

Excellent customer relations skills

Positive computer and systems knowledge

Strong Technical Expertise

Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
